People come to Goodwill to gain the skills employers are looking for, earn industry recognized credentials, build strong résumés, and practice interviewing with confidence. Whether someone is entering the workforce, changing careers, or seeking a better opportunity, we meet them where they are and walk alongside them every step of the way.
In 2024 alone, Goodwill helped more than 2.1 million people strengthen their skills, prepare for employment, and move forward in their careers. With Goodwill’s support, more than 141,000 individuals secured new jobs, creating brighter futures for themselves and their families.
